Help Me to Create Unattended Vista

When I Went to Create an Unattended Vista through vLite It ask me to download WAIK Windows Automatic Installation Kit
But It seems to be 1.4 GB Something....

Why Should We download it?
What is it?
Without this how can create Unattended Vista is there any way to do without downloading?
